Our policy guarantees your wheels or wheel/tire package will fit properly on your vehicle with little to no modifications, provided the vehicle is stock (i.e. no suspension, brake, body mods, etc.). When you purchase wheels/tires from us, your order will be double checked to make sure that package will fit your vehicle properly. If package doesn't fit, please contact us immediately, so we can resolve the issue.
Items damaged during the shipping:
Though, it's not a common case, still... Upon delivery, please inspect all packages for damage. If you receive a damaged item, make note of the damage on the shippers receipt, notify the shipping company and file a damage claim form. If necessary, we can assist in this process. *It will be impossible to assist if damage claim for wasn't filed upon the delivery.
- All cancellations made after 24 hours from placing an order are subject to 25% restocking fee.
- All returns are subject to freight and handling charges, with an exception if return is a result of our error.
- Returns will only be honored at our discretion and only if the product was received damaged or if there were fitment issues based on our system or our personal recommendations for fitment on your vehicle.
- Wheel/tire packages may not be returned on the basis of aesthetics or looks.
- All returns must be prearranged with us and should be accompanied with an original sales receipt and an RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number.
- Returns must be in brand new undamaged condition and in the original packaging.
- Any credits or refunds on products being returned will be granted and issued after we receive and inspect the product back from customer and determine a credit or refund will be issued.
- No returns after 30 days.
- No returns on special order items, such as custom painted or custom drilled wheels.
- No returns on wheels that have had tires mounted on them with the exception of mounted and balanced packages send by us.
- All wheel only purchases must be test fitted prior to mounting tires on them to insure proper fitment. No returns after tires have been mounted.
- All returns must be properly packaged: No returns on packages that have been damaged during shipping due to improper packaging.
